Again, there are a lot of options out there. We have found the Harmony railing system to be high quality with its aluminum construction, Harmony rails come with a 20 year warranty, which eliminates annual maintenance.

Trex Rainescape provides a rain system to keep the area under your deck dry. We choose Trex because we have been able to couple their system with some other great products to create a truly dry area under your deck.

We use all Simpson Connectors. Simpson, a 70-year-old company has spent decades doing R&D to ensure their products stand the test of time and specified load bearings. The Simpson Z- line of connectors is designed to resist corrosion from the treatment infused in lumber.

There are many options out there today, we feel the best quality and affordable decking products are from Deckorators, Fiberon and Timber Tech. While we will install whatever our customers want, we feel that these 3 companies offer great quality for an affordable price with a vast variety of color options. Decking trends will change over the years, and we will keep with those trends and change our recommendations – right now, we feel these are the best options and what our current customers are coming to us with.
